Refund policy

Exchange/Return/Cancellation
We can only respond if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In principle, the period for exchanges and returns is 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. If more than 10 days have passed since the item arrived, we cannot accept exchanges or returns. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for exchanges and returns.

Method
If there is a defect, damage, or error in the product, please contact C-BAL@c-bal.com with "(1) Details of the defect, damage, or error" and "(2) Request for exchange or return." Exchange (if applicable)
After receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will send you an email notifying you of our acceptance or rejection of the receipt and exchange of the returned merchandise. Once approved, we will send you the same item within a certain number of days.

Refund (if applicable)
After receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will send you an email notifying you of receipt of the returned merchandise and approval or denial of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Refund confirmation (if applicable)
After we complete the refund process, it may take some time for the credit company or bank to process the refund. If you want to check the refund, first check the information such as the bank account you entered, and if there are no errors, please contact your credit card company / bank.
