I am, first and foremost, a motorcycle enthusiast and rider.

Driven by that passion, I spent 41 years with Yamaha Motor, where I was involved in a wide range of activities including sales, after-sales service, product development, racing, and rider training programs.

Through these experiences, I had the privilege of connecting with motorcycles and riders around the world. Along the way, I came to realize that motorcycles enrich people's lives and create lasting value far beyond transportation.

This realization inspired me to share the very essence of motorcycling with even more people around the world, free from the boundaries of a corporate role. To me, that essence is simple: speed, excitement, freedom, and style.

At the same time, I recognize that even passionate riders spend most of their lives off the motorcycle. For racing riders, physical training is also an essential part of daily life.

Whether riding, training, or simply enjoying everyday life, expressing yourself as a confident and stylish rider can make life even more enjoyable.

That is why, after retiring from Yamaha, I founded C-BAL Japan, a rider-inspired fashion brand created for people who love motorcycles and the lifestyle that comes with them.
